Hi Steve, Your Windows 10 is still in the process of installing the updates. This was discovered by Woody Leonhard. Some 1 Mb updates takes 2, 3 or 5 minutes to install. From May 2016 onward, updates were changed to Update Rollups which require Servicing Stack updates.
