Since this was not the first time that Chrysler took no responsibility - referring to the passenger mirror being worked on several times by the dealership without ever repairing the issue - I decided to never return to Chrysler again. I said I can't afford the charge and I hope nothing bad happens to me or my kids. In the side impact test, a Poor overall rating was given to models without side airbags. I test drove one and settled on buying it. Very often these cars are rebuilt and sold by deceptive sellers who fail to disclose or even try to hide the salvage information.
Original review: June 17, 2018 This car has been the best car I have ever purchased. Still, I would always recommend this car to anyone that is looking to buy a new car. It had 92,000 mainly all highway, previous owner had it as a company vehicle. I'm so sick and I know this car is going to break down. Changed the spark plugs at 100K miles. I brought this to the dealership and manufacturer.
Some have a foldaway canvas top and others have a button-activated power hardtop. They beg everybody at this point, that if you do happen to still have on that has not blown itself to bits yet, to please use full synthetic motor oil. But on July 22nd at 2pm in the hot afternoon of Pittsburgh, my car stalled at a very busy intersection as we wait for the green light. Napleton and Chrysler refused to cover any of the costs related to the repairs and after my bickering, they agreed to discount the cost of mechanical repairs by 20%, but wouldn't repair the paint. Well now here I am replacing brakes and rotors front, they are leaking black oil or grease from them.
Having to hold the switch in to raise the top is bad enough, having to hold it to lower it would be awful now that l am fully used to this. I've owned 9 Chrysler products in my time. Ok car, 22 thousand dollars is the sale price. That might be a sign of a low fluid level in the pump. And I read all the lawsuits developing.
They have zero customer service or they are lazy. Had to put a fuse in the fan relay under the hood but now the fan still isn't working. A really hot day out and driving on the highway makes up got a wonderful cool ride. In addition, the model was dropped from Chrysler's lineup in some countries, notably France, before production ended in 2006. In 1996 the convertible was introduced, replacing its as well.
I told them if we drive the car like that the alternator would be continually charging and that can make the battery explode, reason the charging goes by the computer so when the battery doesn't need more charging the alternator stops charging and if it does it would let him charge. I certainly loved that is was a convertible car. I got silver with a black top and it works for me. I took my car to the dealer I leased it from in May for bad fuel economy and transmission issues and they denied everything. I love having a convertible it's a fun car. I have driven a Camry recently and it did not compare with a ride and the handling of the Chrysler. I'm just so disappointed and reading these other comments and how Chrysler doesn't care is very heartbreaking to me.
People work very hard for their money. The gives the 2001—2006 Sebring an Acceptable overall rating in frontal crash tests. One day, Chrysler will once again need a bailout from the federal government and I will do my best to encourage elected officials to allow Chrysler to die in peace. Brown Automotive the Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership doesn't want to work on the car and told me to drive it to Jax for repairs unsafe practice. I bring the car to a different person because the other technician was off and he didn't know the issues with the car. I brought it to the dealership and they insisted that I was in an accident. Used, with considerable miles on it.
Thanks, have a nice day. Inside, the 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible is a messy affair, particularly in the base version. Vector traditional manual transmission will not provide. Those people selling their cars are just waiting for someone like me that looked at the car and couldn't believe how good it looked. They'll blow up in a few more miles.
He said l still have to paid garnished my check. They refused to help in any way. I love this car i think it was well built but remeber this was when Diamler Benz was the bother to Chrysler i am second owner from the lady who ordered the car we found the orginal dealer invoice and it was almost 50,000 dollers it great that it has a hard top convertible a Boston sound system and a full screen nav system heated seats fully loaded for that year. The product coming out of the flush is matter that should not be there from a complete contained system. I have been driving it like crazy for over a year and even pull a trailer behind it some. All were equipped with an automatic transmission. An electronic stability system is offered as an option with the convertible models.
